Terms and conditions

These terms govern the use of StreamerLove. By promoting a channel, sending Love or creating an account, you agree to what follows. If anything is unclear, email us at soporte@streamerlove.com before paying.

1. What StreamerLove is

StreamerLove is a public streamer board ranked by the Love each streamer receives. Getting on the board costs a one-time payment of USD 10; after that, anyone can send Love of USD 5, 10, 50 or 100 to push that streamer up.

That sum is the only ranking rule. No juries, no hidden algorithms, no reserved spots: whoever collects the most Love shows up higher.

2. Who can use the service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to pay. Your account is created automatically the first time you promote or send Love, using the email and pseudonym you provide.

You are responsible for your password and for everything done from your account. One email address can only have one account.

3. Payments

Payments are processed entirely by Stripe or Mercado Pago. We never see or store your card details: we only receive confirmation that the payment went through, the amount and a transaction identifier.

The promotion price and Love amounts are shown in US dollars before you pay. Your bank may apply fees or currency conversion that we do not control.

4. No refunds

What you buy takes effect immediately and cannot be undone: the channel appears on the board or moves up as soon as the payment is confirmed. That is why payments are non-refundable.

The only exception is a verifiable technical error, such as a duplicate charge or a confirmed payment that never showed up on the board. Email soporte@streamerlove.com within 30 days with the receipt and we will fix it.

5. This is not gambling, an investment or a donation

There are no prizes, raffles, returns or financial benefits of any kind. You are paying for a position on a public board, nothing else.

The money is not passed on to streamers. Sending Love creates no relationship with the streamer and obliges them to nothing: they do not have to thank you, mention you or reply.

6. Conduct and prohibited content

You may not use StreamerLove for any of the following:

• Promoting channels with illegal content or content inciting hatred or violence.
• Sexual material involving minors, in any form whatsoever.
• Impersonating a streamer, a brand or a person.
• Manipulating the ranking with fraudulent payments or someone else's card.
• Automating requests, scraping the site or trying to overload it.

If you breach these rules, we may suspend your account and remove the related profiles with no refund.

7. Streamers: getting on and off the board

Profiles are built from public channel information such as name and avatar. Anyone can promote them; you do not have to be the streamer.

Appearing on StreamerLove implies no sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement by the streamer. If you are the streamer and do not want to be listed, email soporte@streamerlove.com from a verifiable channel and we will remove your profile at no cost. Payments already made by third parties are not refunded.

8. Third-party trademarks and content

The names, logos and trademarks of Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok, Instagram, X and Facebook belong to their respective owners. StreamerLove is not associated with or sponsored by any of those platforms.

9. Service as is, changes and liability

The service is provided «as is». We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or an error-free board. We may change prices, Love amounts or these terms by publishing a new version on this page.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid over the last 12 months.
